In the event that you are unable to make a workshop we will try to offer you another date. If this is not possible, in order to give a full refund we would try to re sell your ticket and would ask you to do the same. If these options are not possible and you do not wish to send a friend in your place we will not issue a refund as we are a small company and our workshops are good value for money that involve ordering materials and fresh ingredients. We aim to give a percentage of any profit made to local charities and community causes

If we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible and offer a full refund. We cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. We do appreciate that sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may mean they cannot be used and we are happy for them to be transferred to a friend.

If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival please photograph it and return it within 14 days so we can issue a replacement or refund.
